When you call, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, address and details about your property and the job. Calls may be recorded where the law allows, for quality and training, with notice where the law requires it.
We use this information to answer your questions, schedule visits, prepare quotes, file permits and utility paperwork on your behalf, and service your system.
Information from this website
This website has no forms and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
Maps on this site load from Google only after you click the View map button, at which point Google's own privacy terms apply to that map.
Cookies
This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Your browser may store basic files so pages load faster.
When we share information
We share information only as needed to do the work you ask for: with permitting offices, Pepco or your utility, PJM-GATS and SREC buyers you choose, equipment manufacturers for warranty claims, and suppliers.
If our crews are fully booked or cannot reach an urgent call in time, your call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so you still get help. In that case, the details you share on the call go to that provider so they can assist you.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as they are useful for servicing your system, warranty claims and legal or tax requirements, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us and we will help.
Children
Our services are for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
